Review of chapter "Homo What?" from Alkeni
Review:
Intriguing.
Comments from author:
Thanks! If nothing else, that's something to try for. Intriguing brings a reader back to see if intrigue has turned to actually like it, and so I will take it!

This is pretty good. Well-done time travel stuff is rare, and you're doing a pretty good job of it here.

For extra interest, might you consider crossing this over with another time travel scifi story? This would maybe be a reason why the Company is so jumpy - things are happening that aren't in their historical records. One example might be something like Jack L. Chalker (of "Well World" fame):

"Downtiming The Nightside" (1985, ISBN 0-8125-3288-0):

Whatever, please keep writing.

How does one pout and grin at the same time? They seem to be opposing expressions, as far as the lips are concerned, and I can't seem to replicate this "pouty grin". Maybe its a cyborg thing.

Review of chapter "The New Me" from LRM
Review:
Good heavens, I didn't think anyone wrote Company fanfic. They are by far my favorite series of novels ever.
Interesting to see the way you're adding Buffy into the mix. Buffy the cyborg... well doesn't that just bring up Buffybot existential crises again, or what.
Comments from author:
Yeah, hopefully I can get my computer fixed so I can continue with this story. I love Kage Baker's universe so much, and I have so many ideas on how I can tie in real history with localized fictional history, like she did with her Company series. I hope you'll like the surprise I have coming up for Buffy and the other Qeuans!

Review:
Great writing but unfortunately I don't know the crossover.
Comments from author:
Thanks! I can only do my best as an homage to Kage Baker, one of the Greats. You should really read her work. I'm surprised no one has done a crossover with the Company series before me!

Hell yes I like it! What'd ya stop for?
Comments from author:
Sorry, but I've barely had time to breathe with all the wedding stuff going on. I hope to have more soon!

Review of chapter "Prologue - The Eve of Death" from (Past Donor)akat
Review:
I haven't read the books, but I'm definitely intrigued by this! I'm looking forward to finding out what Buffy has been up to all these years and how it's changed her.
Comments from author:
There's a million years or so between when she woke up as a Quean Slayer and the day before she's supposed to die, so there's a lot I can do with this fic. . . I hope you enjoy where I'm going with this one. If you get the chance, you should read In the Garden of Iden. It's fantastic!

Review of chapter "Prologue - The Eve of Death" from PiedraLumbre
Review:
Interesting. I've enjoyed the company novels, although I think Mendoza in Hollywood is my personal favorite, perhaps because I read it first. Anyway, I'm very curious as to how you plan to meld the two universes. Looking forward to more.
Comments from author:
Oh, there's so much more! Mendoza in Hollywood is great, and I've got a hint for you: remember the canyon where Mendoza traveled to the future? I've got special plans for that canyon.
