Review:
Very interesting. Looking forward to seeing what you do to expand this. It was more 'telling' than 'showing' but entertaining regardless

Nice story.

Your version of Abe was awesome.

I've never seen Abe that I can remember, so I'm glad you like him.

Review:
Who WOULDN'T want to have Abe Sapien as a big brother figure (intelligent, sensitive sweetie that he is!)? I look forward to the next installment, whenever you feel like continuing the saga of the Slayer with a handle on her telepathy and possible back-up from the BPRD.

[I've only seen the Ron Perlman movies and an animated film that was released sometime between movies 1 and 2, but Abe Sapien in the big screen movies was played by Doug Jones (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0427964/), with a voice that I first thought for sure had to be provided by David Hyde Pierce (Frasier's brother Niles), so the combo of sweet-sounding, erudite voice with graceful aquatic movement was quite charming.]
Comments from author:
I'll have to see if I can find time to watch the movie or find some comics. Don't know much about the fandom other than what I've read in wiki.

Review of chapter "Taming the Telepathy" from Gideon
Review:
Nice start. It would be interesting to see how a telepathic Buffy would affect the scooby dynamics. Since she has it mostly under control she probably doesn't have to tell them and they won't all be so worried that they will broadcast their worst fears straight off. Buffy would still have a greater insight and understanding of her friends, not to mention her enemies.
Comments from author:
Depending on which bunny I use as the sequel, Buffy might not even tell anyone about the telepathy. Could make for some interesting drama.

Whoo hoo! This story was...beyond words! I love your stories, and you keep coming up with situations that blow my mind!
Thanks for sharing it with me..ahem...us. :-)
Comments from author:
Thanks. Can't claim all the credit though. A lot of my ideas come from bunnies/fanart/challenges other people come up with.

I like this. A little too much telling instead of showing at the beginning, but not a lot.

I guess you moved the timing of "Anne" up a few months? That would mean she'd killed Angel quite recently, and the wounds would still be raw. But suddenly feeling everyone else's pain would trump that, I guess. Given that this is a prologue, not really a problem, though.

I'd like to see where you go with this; I'll keep an eye out for the main story.
Comments from author:
Yeah, I put 'Anne' more like a few weeks after Buffy left Sunnydale. That way, she could do her thing with Abe, but still get back for the zombie party.

Review:
Makes me wonder just how this is going to affect the rest of canon. Faith won't be able to hide everything going on with her, so maybe she can be kept on the side of good. Will Buffy be able to get a read on the Mayor before he becomes invulnerable? There are so many issues that could be nipped in the bud, before they even become real issues. Ford, Finch (she'd know he was human since she can't "hear" vamps, so no surprise staking), the "Mr. Hyde" kid, and so many other things. I'll be watching for your story now!
Comments from author:
I have one bunny for a sequel, but I'll have to see where my mood is when it comes time to write it.

Review of chapter "Taming the Telepathy" from Harry
Review:
Now this story has some serious potential. I think that Giles might find it wise to contact the BPRD and see if they can get some help for Buffy in Sunnydale. After all, Giles is not above breaking the rules if it helps his slayer out!
Comments from author:
Can you just imagine the Council's reaction? Massive head explosions!

Review:
Well done! A telepathic Buffy will be a hoot, I bet.

I'm looking forward to the main story, as Hellboy and company are the most realistic characters of comics I've ever seen.
Comments from author:
I'll have to find out more about BRPD if I use them in the sequel.
