Review of chapter "Thy kingdom come..." from OlBear
Review:
A surprisingly short chapter but still good. Still wondering what Willow and Cordelia's reaction will be when the see the new and improved Xander for the first time.

Review of chapter "Thy kingdom come..." from DragonBard
Review:
The Giles bit doesn't fully work with what happened in the previous chapter.

Also, making both the Judge and Wilkins children (or spawn) feels a bit cludgy. Like you're trying to force too much of the Thor mythos into the backstory of Buffy.

Review of chapter "Thy kingdom come..." from Duquette
Review:
This is magnificent, easily the most seamless Thor cross I've ever seen, and just great fun all around. I cant wait to see where you take this, Heimdall is one of the most interesting chars from the Norse Pantheon, and his power set fits Xander to a tee.

Review of chapter "Thy kingdom come..." from DarthTenebrus
Review:
Nicely done. Short chapters, but the emphasis on the emotional thus far is nearly spot on. The bit where Joyce realizes on her own that her Buffy is a vampire hunter (at this point I imagine she has not dropped the words 'Vampire Slayer') is a nice touch, it helps to give Heimdall a sense of urgency when he goes to rescue Xander. Hmm, I wonder what his Old Norse name might be...I'll Google it...it would have to translate to "defender" in English, as Alexander in Greek means "defender of humanity".

And it is.....Verja or Vardi (with a little line through the stem of the "d"), either of which means "defend" according to the English-Old Norse dictionary at yorku.ca.

Also, I found the Old Norse word for "Slayer", it is --Bani--, not bad, huh? Prettty close to Buffy, isn't it?

Xander pulled a Hulk, sans Loki? Yeah, Buffy would get a little huffy about that.
