Oh wow. This is a wonderful wonderful story. I honestly have no clue about the Halo stuff but hey no big as you got Xander out of that dimension rather quickly. I do have to wonder will he meet Alucard? I have to say that I am looking forward to when Xander comes to Sunnydale and also deals with his former friends. I also have to wonder how the new watcher deals with Xander. I am eagerly awaiting more of this wonderful wonderful story.

Okay I am enjoying this so far. Loved Faith's smackdown on Buffy. About the only thing I'd offer as advice is to read over and check for minor typos, there are a few. Nothing world ending but they are slipping in to your work.

You seem to have picked a good trio of stories to mess up each others futures :)

Can't remember if I reviewed previously or not, but I'm very glad I started tracking your story. It's a great bit of fun to read.

I'm liking how the characters are reacting. To me, that is the best part of a story, character interaction that is. Plot will only get you so far, and great big SciFi extravaganzas, while good to geek out over due to a wish for future tech, leave a lot to be desired if there isn't at least some good character interaction in them.

I can't wait to see either Carter geeking out over the ship Xander has, or reading about her reaction afterwards. Though, you've kind of killed opportunity with the latter given that the other person who will be there is Teal'c will be the other person there who will witness it. He is, after all, not very eloquent when going over events, even if he is truthful. Now if Danial was available, I could see him embarrassing her while describing how she was eager as a puppy trying to learn more about the ship that rescues them.

Oh, I suppose I should mention that I anticipate Xander rescuing the two of them.

That will be a good opportunity to embarrass Kinsey and to answer his question of exactly why Britain would not be trying to elbow their way into the Stargate program :) Could be a lot of fun for SG1 even if they are upset or embarrassed at being left out of the loop and rescued by another nation.

I can't help but wonder what ties are in the hidden background. All three stories have their evil organizations, but would they be working together closely is the question. The Stargate Trust organization would make me think they all had ties together, but being evil, they wouldn't be able to feel comfortable together. Especially since they would all have their own agendas which they wouldn't want to share details on but kept them from buying into each others goals. The Millennium group seems to also be nihilistic in outlook and wouldn't really seem like a team player either. And Buffy's WR&H lawyers would seem to want to be in control of everything, not playing second fiddle to either of the other groups. Of them, I can see WR&H and the Trust having some ties, but not working together closely. I can also see them fighting each other for resources. It will be interesting to see if you mention them much in your story. I would imagine that the fallout from having the nations withdraw from Nato might throw them for some kind of loop. After all, Xander is good for throwing clogs into machinery. :)

Thanks for the new chapter. I can imagine that it's not easy having your vision of what you want to happen in the story thrown by lack of background information. That you still produced a great chapter points to a great ability to bypass obstacles in your way. Congrats on that.

I am really enjoying your story. You are doing a nice job on most of your characters' characters and I like the humorous bits a lot. I also liked the way Faith blew through the remaining Scoobies. I hope Xander can find it in his heart to eventually forgive at least a couple of the Scoobies. He should at least let Joyce know he is still alive.

I just hope the Helsing Organization keeps Maggie the Mad Scientist on a tight leash. Possibly not a metaphorical one but a real leash of nice hard black leather. And could somebody space Senator Slimy out an airlock? Please? Purely by accident, of course.

I was more upset by the way the USA's allies turned away from the US than Buffy's betrayal. But since the SGC was kept secret from America's allies for most of the series run, I can see a few ruffled feathers in Commonwealth Foreign Offices. I do look forward to seeing the Snakes s**t bricks when the new CSC ships blow their stupid pyramids out of the vacuum. But could you update a bit quicker? I really want to read more of your nifty story.

Xander and Cortana really need to build a zero-gee shipyard in the asteroid belt. The CSC will need a lot more ships if they want to cut some Snake heads off.

Review:
An interesting story, but Great Britain while once being one of the world's strongest military's has fallen quite a bit. You remember what they did when the Falklands got invaded? They probably can't make a repeat happen. I mean the islands are much better protected than they were then, but the force they sent to liberate them is something they couldn't do again. So if they lose the islands again, its unlikely they'll be able to mount an effective relief by themselves. As for their NATO and UN contributions, that has also fallen.

NATO and the UN are primarily propped up by the US, by almost 75% of total spending being done by the USA. So don't try to make Britain appear more than it is. While the US is glad to have the UK with them as allies, the US is also intelligent enough to realize that the contribution by the Brits will always be much smaller than their own. While this contribution is most of the time greater than other members of NATO or the UN, its still rather small in comparison.

This story had potential until chapter three. In which you basically went off on a tangent which makes almost no sense. I can understand other nations wanting to keep the US out. But what you don't seem to understand is how dependent upon the US a lot of countries are. The only country not dependent upon the US in some manner is Russia. The economies of these countries would collapse, and a withdrawal from NATO and the UN, would be viewed as an insult. I mean heck Iran hasn't withdrawn and they hate the US. Doesn't matter what advanced tech they had, their economies are still dependent upon the US. As are their military's.

I liked the time skips to advance the story, but I'd like it if there could be more/clearer of an indication of how much time has passed in future chapters. Otherwise a good update. I'm surprised you only had Alucard pay a quick a visit to the hellmouth. I'd think he'd want to move in and have more fun after taking out the mayor. You've mentioned the training of Commonwelth troops, but what about manufacturing equipment and ships for them? What does his ship have in terms of manufacturing capabilities or did Gabriel bring some additional equip/facilities on Mars or in Mars orbit for them to use.

Like seeing this one back in the drivers seat. :)

I just hope Xander reminds Faith that Buffy was manipulated to a degree, not that I expect them to become best friends. I do wonder how Giles will relate to Xander now.
